The Hockessin Montessori School is looking for reliable and energetic individuals to work as substitute teachers. Substitute teachers are frequently needed to assist in our Toddler program (1-2 year olds) and Pre-School Program (3-6 year olds). Substitute teachers are assigned to work in the absence of a regular teacher to assist children in daily educational instruction and class routine. Each classroom has two teachers at all times, so substitutes will work with a lead teacher. Substitute work is very flexible and shifts are scheduled as needed, in advance or the day of.
